1) Are you an Estate Agent?

No, I am a property investor and deal sourcer. It is easier and quicker to sell with me than with an estate agent or even at auction. A free, simple and hassle free way to sell your property with no fees.

2) Will my house get sold?

I will try my best to make you an offer within a short period of time, however we will still respond if your deal is unsuitable to let you know. As an investor, I do need to make money so if you need 100% market value, other arrangements can be made such as a Lease Option.

3) How much will you pay for my house?

This will vary depending on the house. I will do a valuation estimation report based on the size, condition and postcode as well as checking the sold houses in the street/area.

4) What is the process and how long will it take?

This depends on many factors but I will always give you an honest, no-nonsense of time scales on a case by case basis. We aim to act as quick as possible ensuring ease of transaction.

5) Why should I trust you?

We use correct, legal contracts for purchase arrangements, experienced independent property solicitors for advice and buying/ selling property. We make sure both parties are happy and protected legally and we never release and/ or get access to investor funds before the investor is happy with the deals and prepared to go ahead. All sellers rest assure you are safe in transactions and we are part of the redress scheme with relative insurances for peace of mind.
